All our vanilla beans are supple, black*, pulpy, shining, perfumed, not split and mellow when you touch them, and come exclusively from biological cultivation. They exhale far more flavour than dry vanilla, which is generally commercialized.
Our vanillas benefit from the “Bourbon” designation because they all come from Madagascar. It’s a vanilla quality that offers the highest flavour concentration.
We commercialize two sizes: “PREMIUM” (between 16 and 20 cm) and “GOURMET” (between 14 and 16 cm).
Larger and fatter than the ones available on the market, our vanilla beans contain proportionally much more vanilla than the smaller sizes.
We therefore offer a good value for money and rock-bottom prices, for a stronger flavour in your preparations.

* The top-of-the-range vanilla, maximum 5% of the production of the best years. Do not confuse with lower quality vanilla “TK”, resembling at black vanilla but recognizable to its small reddish lines or stains.
